Return policy

The following aspect refers only to natural persons according to the legislation in force. 
According to Ordinance no. 34/2014, regarding the legal regime of distance contracts, the products are returned within 14 calendar days, from the receipt of the package. In the situation mentioned above, the CUSTOMER has the right to return any product within 14 calendar days of its receipt and may request the return of the amount of money, the exchange with another product or the return of the equivalent value in the form of a voucher. In these cases, the cash value returned, the replaced product or the return of the equivalent value in the form of a voucher, refers strictly to the cost of the products, excluding shipping fees.

The payment of the transport related to the returned product, respectively the one related to the product sent for replacement, is the responsibility of the customer.
If you opt for: 
  • Replacement with another product, it will be shipped as soon as possible (as long as it is available in stock).
  • Reimbursement of the value of the product will be made within a maximum of 14 days from the receipt by  VP AUTHENTIC PRODUCTS DEVELOPMENT SRL of the  package with the returned products.
  • The return of the equivalent value in the form of a voucher, which you can use in a future order, will be made within a maximum of 5 days from the receipt by  VP AUTHENTIC PRODUCTS DEVELOPMENT SRL of the package with the returned products.
  • On return, only products that respect exactly the form in which they were delivered are accepted, accompanied by the purchase invoice.
Not allowed on return:
  • Products that have been opened
  • Products that have been tested / used
  • Products that do not have intact labels, have broken or erased seals
  • Products purchased from other stores
  • Products not accompanied by documents proving the purchase (invoice or tax receipt)
  • Products with damaged packaging in any way
  • These measures are specific to cosmetic products inscribed with PAO symbol as their shelf life is calculated starting with the first opening of the package, and with their use / testing there is a risk of transmitting viruses by transferring the product to another person.
  • To return a product, follow the steps below:
  • Make sure that the product corresponds exactly to the above conditions
  • Contact the Customer Relations service by email at  or by phone:  +40725140514.
  • Pack the product properly so that it is protected from shocks that may occur during transport. Products that return incorrectly due to defective packaging will not be able to benefit from the return guarantee.
  • Send the package to: Str. Pietrarilor, no.8, room 1, Ploiesti, Prahova, 100143, tel +40725140514 , by any express courier service or by Romanian Post.
After receiving the package, you will be contacted by a member of the Customer Relations department who will take care of the return of your product.

Careful! The responsibility regarding the integrity of the product during the transport in order to return it belongs exclusively to the customer. Products damaged during transport that have not been properly packaged during shipment will not be accepted for return. If the product does not exactly comply with the conditions mentioned above, our company reserves the right not to accept the return of the products. The value of round-trip transport falls on the customer.
